Characteristic

SKYLINK AC-Series is designed specifically for electronic chemical transportation, with particular pump body materials. AC high purity series is applicable to any high purity or corrosive environment, and each model of high purity PTFE pneumatic diaphragm pump provided by SKYLINK has its own characteristics, which can provide different levels of purity and corrosion resistance.

  • Machining design, tight fitting between parts, bolt structure to avoid medium leakage
  • The design of each model provides different levels of operation performance and backup redundancy to ensure stable, safe and reliable long-term operation;
  • All air motors, diaphragms, valve balls and pilot valves can be repaired and replaced online;
  • Durable and stable check valve seal design improves pump performance and self-priming height, reducing maintenance frequency;
  • In order to ensure maximum corrosion resistance, purity and low particle production, all liquid contacting parts of high-purity pump, including diaphragm, liquid chamber and manifold, are processed from 100% pure PTFE or high impact UHMWPE without exposed metal parts;
  • Carry out production, deionized water test and nitrogen purification under clean room conditions in accordance with strict quality control standards and procedures;
  • Diaphragm adopts integrated composite diaphragm design with longer service life, and the materials can be PTFE, EPDM and SANTOPRENE;
